We collect information you provide when you create an account, join an organization, register for events, make payments or contact us. This includes name, email, phone, profile details and payment metadata.
How we use information
To operate the platform, process registrations and payments, deliver notifications, provide support, prevent fraud and improve Eventrk.
Organization data
Content created inside an organization (events, members, reports) is controlled by that organization. Organizers are responsible for how they use member and participant data within Eventrk.
Participant data
As a participant, you control your profile and can request removal of your data. Organizations you have joined retain records required for their event and financial history.
Payment information
Payment credentials are processed and stored by our payment providers (for example Stripe). Eventrk does not store full card numbers.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, preferences and basic analytics.
Data retention
We retain account and organization data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Data security
We use encryption in transit, role-based access controls, row-level security and audit trails. No system is perfectly secure — we work to reduce risk continuously.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
